Can I pick up or browse in store?
Currently we are an online retailer only. We only offer delivery. As a small Australian business we are keeping costs low while we grow. We hope to open a store front soon.
Can I exchange for size?
You sure can. Please make sure the garment is still in brand new condition and was only tried on for size. We cannot except washed returns.
How do I exchange an item/s?
Send it to - The New Shirt Shop. PO Box 4237. Oatley NSW 2223
Please include a note with the order number and size requested and we’ll send out the new one asap.
What if my item is faulty or not the quality expected?
We’ll replace it with a new one or refund you. Faults are thankfully very rare. When it comes to licensed shirts, we don’t manufacture them ourselves so we have no input to the quality or thickness of the shirt they provide.
What if the size isn’t what the size chart indicated?
It can happen. If so we’ll replace it with a more suitable sized new one or refund you. We stock shirts from several manufacturers and there can be variance.
Can I change the size or delivery address for my order?
If you are quick enough to let us know before we dispatch your order, then yes. Please email any changes to info@thenewshirtshop.com and quote your order number.
